Lionel Noguera is an attorney admitted to practice in Luxembourg and in the canton of Vaud with a focus on cross-border taxation of entrepreneurs. He has been advising in Swiss and Luxembourg tax laws in parallel for two decades as well as in related areas of corporate, civil and regulatory law, including notably anti-money-laundering regulations. He specializes in the planning and transmission of complex entrepreneurial-operational and multinational estates, particularly in a joint Swiss-EU countries perspective. He also has extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and corporate migrations.
