Bonnie is a Partner of the Stonehage Group, she joined the Group in 2010 after more than twelve years of practice in Geneva with Swiss law firms in the field of estate planning for private clients, specialising in trusts, foundations, corporate structuring and international transactions.
Prior to this Bonnie was a partner at a U.S. law firm, where she practised in the fields of international contracts, marine insurance, shipping and trade.
Bonnie qualified as a U.S. attorney-at-law and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar, the U.S. Federal Bar and the Texas Bar. She has four degrees, including a Doctor of Law degree from Louisiana University and a Master of Laws degree in Admiralty LL.M. from Tulane University. Bonnie is a Trust and Estate Practitioner and a committee member of STEP Lausanne, Switzerland.
On 6th November Fleming Family & Partners announced a merger with Stonehage a London-based Multi-Family Office. This has created the largest independent Multi-Family Office in the EMEA region. The combined company is called Stonehage Fleming Family and Partners (‘Stonehage Fleming’).
